We have retained the "Guyot mi-haute" style to govern the cultivation of our vineyards. This method of cultivation and production allows us to improve the production in the fields and the quality of the grapes. A large part of the process could be automated or mechanized, but here on our sloping hills in Cortaillod we take pride in doing everything by hand.

We attach a great importance to working and caring for the vines. With an aim of sparing nature and the environment, we work our fields in the respect of the schedule of conditions of Vitiswiss.
